A Quick way for you to tell your proteins percentage is to look at the per 100 gram column and the number of grams of protein per 100 is the %.  If there is no 100 gram column(most American Products), simply divide 100 by the total protein serving size in grams, and multiply your answer by the the amount of protein per serve in grams.  the answer is your percentage.
