Directions for use

Mix two heaped scoops with 1250ml of water, shake well before use. Optimal effects are seen when consumed 30 minutes prior to working out.

We understand this may be too much for everyone, if opting for a 1/2 serve (1 Scoop) mix with 625ml of water.
