Promotional Terms and Conditions

• Promotion Period: The Black Friday sale runs from 5th November to 30th November. We reserve the right to extend or shorten the promotional period at our discretion.

• Discounts: Discounts are available on selected items only, with savings of up to 70% off. Not all products or categories may be eligible for the maximum discount. Discounted prices are as marked.

• Free Gifts with Purchase: Free gifts are available with qualifying purchases during the promotion. Gifts are limited in stock and available only while supplies last. In the event a gift item runs out of stock, we are not obligated to provide a substitute or issue credit.

• Limited Stock: All promotional items and free gifts are subject to availability. No rain checks or backorders will be accepted for out-of-stock items.

• Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased during the Black Friday promotion are subject to our standard return policy. However, if any promotional free gift was included with a purchase, it must also be returned in unused condition with the original purchase for a refund or exchange to be processed.

• Other Discounts and Offers: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, offers, or promotions unless otherwise specified.

• Pricing Errors: In the event of any pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or cancel these promotional terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Shipping Delays: Due to high demand during the Black Friday period, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders. We appreciate your patience and will work to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

• Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is placed during the Black Friday promotion, we may not be able to modify or cancel it due to high order volume. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• One Gift Per Customer: If offering free gifts, it may be worth specifying that the free gift offer is limited to one per customer, while supplies last, to prevent abuse.

• Non-Transferable: Discounts and free gifts obtained through this promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.

• Eligibility: This promotion is available to retail customers only. Bulk orders or orders placed for resale purposes are not eligible for promotional discounts or free gifts.

• Promotional Abuse: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we believe there is an abuse of the promotion or suspicious activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to receive additional discounts or gifts.

• No Price Adjustments on Previous Purchases: Discounts are only valid on new purchases made during the promotion period. No price adjustments or partial refunds will be provided for purchases made before or after the promotional period.

Availability:

• Promotional availability is subject to date ranges indicated on digital and print marketing collateral. 
• Promotional offers may require adding to cart to claim product. Please ensure to read all fine print and follow promotional instructions.
• Some promotional offers are bundles. This bundle must be added from the product page to claim offer.
• Some promotional items may be given at random. This includes samples, promotional item colours, and more.
• Some offers may be limited to one promotional item per order.
• Supplements Central reserves the right to withhold fullfilment of promotional items that are not claimed during the checkout process.
• Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
• All offers are while stocks last and no rainchecks are available
• Supplements Central reserves the right to discontinue the promotion at any time.

Promotional Refunds and Returns:

• Clearance items during the promotion are not eligible for refunds or returns.
• All sales during the promotion are final, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon purchase.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect products carefully before purchasing.
• All standard Promotional purchases are subject to our Returns Policy.

Promotional Pricing:

• The discounted prices are valid only during the promotional period.
• Supplements Central reserves the right to modify prices or correct any pricing errors through-out the promotion.
• Promotional prices cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions unless advertised or promoted elsewhere.

Limitations and Restrictions:

• Discount codes may be subject to minimum spend requirements.
• There may be limitations on quantities per customer or per transaction.
• This promotion may be available only in-store, online, or both channels, as specified.
• Geographical restrictions or eligibility requirements, if applicable, will be clearly stated.

Discount Code Usage and Restrictions

• Some discount codes require a minimum purchase amount, as stated in the offer. Your order must meet or exceed this amount (before taxes and shipping) to use the code.
• Certain discount codes may not be applicable to all items available on our website. This restriction is due to larger discounts already applied to select items or other promotional considerations. Items that are excluded from a particular discount code will not be eligible for the discount.
• Discount codes are typically for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Codes are generally non-transferable and intended for the original recipient's use.
• Select Codes have expiration dates; please use them before they expire as Supplements Central cannot re-issue codes that fall past expiry date.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel codes at our discretion, with notice.

Modifications to the Promotion:

• Supplements Central reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
• Notice of any changes or termination will be provided if feasible.
• Any changes will not affect purchases made prior to the modification or termination.

General Terms:

• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Supplements Central decision on all matters related to the promotion is final and binding.
• Applicable legal disclaimers and limitations of liability apply.
