Directions for use

Mix 1 scoop (14 g) with 300–400 mL of water or 2 scoops (28 g) with 600–800 mL of water. Consume approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training. Limit to a maximum of 2 scoops per day. Store below 21 °C, away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Use within 60 days of opening.
