How long will Black Friday orders take to dispatch?
If you're in fast, we'll get them out the same day. Please be aware though, as our sale progresses, please expect up to 7 days delay.
I'm having trouble using a discount code!
Some discount codes may not work or be available during our sale. This is due to large discounts we're already offering, and this does include our loyalty points, unfortunately.
A product I want is out of stock. Will it be re-stocked during the sale?
During our sale, we have large volume demands, and often, we need to project inventory to account for demand. Unfortunately, sometimes we don't always get it right and items do sell out.
We will try to re-stock, but we cannot make any guarantees. It's recommended to reach out to our customer service team directly and they can confirm for you on specific products.
Can I use my loyalty points?
Unfortunately, no. These are disabled during this sale due to already existing large discounts. If you make an error and have accidentally used them, please reach out to our team, and we can revert this easily on our end.
Can I make changes to my Black Friday order?
Yes, you can, but as we will be experiencing a high volume of orders, there is no guarantee that stock will be available.

How do I enter to get my order refunded?
Super easy! You will need to sign up here, and then just place an order during our sale to qualify.
