Shipping policy

 Below is a list of commonly asked questions about Supplements Central shipping information. We do our best to provide an answer to all questions, but if you are still unsure on something, please get in touch with us.

All shipping information provided has been evaluated in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?

Supplements Central aim to have all orders received before 11am (AEST) Monday-Friday shipped that same day. Please note there may be a longer delay during sale periods, orders received on weekends, or delivery to remote locations.

To reduce delay, we recommend selecting priority shipping for your order.

Standard shipping
All orders should arrive between 3 - 8 business working days.

Priority shipping
All orders should arrive between 3 - 6 business working days. Priority orders are shipped via standard shipping but are prioritised in our packing queue, meaning your order is guaranteed to leave that day if ordered before 11 AM (AEST).

Express Shipping
All orders should arrive between 1 - 4  business working days.

We use AusPost for all deliveries, including standard and express shipping.

If your order is bulky (5kg or more): Please allow additional time for these goods to be delivered.

If you have left custom delivery instructions: Although Supplements Central does our best to ensure these instructions are received by the courier,, Supplements Central is not liable for any loss that may occur from custom delivery instructions. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please get in touch with us and we will get this fixed up. Make sure you check your spam folder too.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We use a tier-based system based on weight to calculate shipping:

Standard shipping / Orders will standard shipping are picked and packed with no prioritisation.
Standard Shipping (0kg -4kg) - $8.00
Standard Shipping (4kg - 8kg) - $10.00
Standard Shipping (8kg+) - $12.00

All standard shipping should allow 3 - 8 Business days from the date of dispatch.

Priority shipping / Orders with priority shipping are picked and packed first to ensure immediate same-day dispatch.
Priority Shipping (0kg -3kg) - $10.00
Priority Shipping (3kg - 5kg) - $12.00
Priority Shipping (5kg+) - $14.00

All priority shipping should allow 3- 6 Business days from the date of dispatch.

Express shipping / Orders will express shipping are picked and packed first to ensure immediate dispatch via express.
Express Shipping (0kg -3kg) - $13.00
Express Shipping (3kg - 5kg) - $15.00
Express Shipping (5kg+) - $17.00

All standard shipping should allow 1 - 4 Business days from the date of dispatch.

All orders over $150 have the option to select Free Standard Shipping.

We also offer Click and Collect to Queensland residents at our Sumner location in West Brisbane.


Express shipping may not be available to postcodes that are considered remote locations. If you think your postcode is an error and would like express, please reach out.

I RECEIVED GOODS WITH A SHORT EXPIRY OR BEST-BEFORE DATE

Should you receive an item that is 6 months or less, please contact us ASAP and we'll get this investigated for you.

Generally, products shipped with a short date are clearance items with the price significantly discounted. There is nothing wrong with these items, they are just flagged by our system and reduced to help clear excess stock. Clearance items may not be returned or refunded.

For items 6-months or more, these are not considered short-dated products and are sold as usual. We continually implement automation practices to ensure we never keep short-dated products on-hand.

I THINK I PUT MY ADDRESS IN WRONG!

Please contact us ASAP and we will get this fixed up. Usually, if our system doesn't recognise a valid address, AusPost won't allow us to ship the parcel. We will generally reach out to you if we can't pair up the correct address you supplied.


MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

If your order hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe of 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track down your order and work out a solution for you.

Supplements Central reserves the right to withhold any refunds or product replacement until a final outcome is provided by logistics and other partnered courier services.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT ISN'T AT MY ADDRESS


If your order has been delivered but is nowhere to be seen, please contact us so we can lodge a dispute on your behalf with our partnered courier services.

We recommend checking all areas of your household, or perhaps neighboring parties to see if they may have also received your parcel.

Supplements Central reserves the right to withhold any refunds or product replacement until a final outcome for any lodged disputes is provided.


THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If you received the wrong item, the order has been damaged or you are not happy with your product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Although we are unable to offer refunds once a product is opened, we still want to work out a solution that keeps you happy.

 

PRODUCTS ORDERED THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK

Supplements Central offers all customers the ability to select from the following options on the Shopping Cart page in the event that a product is out of stock.

  • Contact me first before doing anything.
  • Process a refund immediately.
  • Replace with something of equal or greater value (if possible).

While we ensure that all stock is accurate to avoid these problems, from time to time, these out-of-stock instances can occur.

Based on your selection, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to either confirm a refund, or product replacement or to simply reach out and let you know.

If we do not hear back from you after 7 days, a full refund will be issued.

Note - For all eBay orders, out-of-stock items may be refunded immediately.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We do, although additional international shipping costs may occur.

Depending on the country of dispatch, please allow 14 - 24 Business days from the date of dispatch.

Although Supplements Central does our best to ensure your product is processed promptly through Airport Customs, we do not accept responsibility for any additional costs that may be incurred from orders being held or rejected through Airport Customs Facilities. 

Fragile Breakage Policy: All items containing glass or considered fragile will be carefully packed and protected to minimize the risk of damage. However, customers order these items at their own risk, and Supplements Central cannot be held responsible for any breakages that occur during international transit. 

 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Supplements Central offer returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Supplements Central wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course, we will meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Supplements Central reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is the result of misuse or neglect. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
