Refund policy
Below is a list of commonly asked questions about Supplements Central refunds information. We do our best to provide an answer to all questions, but if you are still unsure on something, please get in touch with us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Customer satisfaction and experience is our highest priority at Supplements Central, so we try to make our returns and refund policy reflect that.
All our refunds are structured in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you change your mind or are simply unhappy with the product you purchased, feel free to return the unopened product to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure you provide a receipt for proof of purchase. Please note, shipping must be covered at the customer's expense.
DAMAGED/FAULTY RETURNS
Unfortunately, these things do happen. If the products you received are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7-14 days of purchase. Make sure to retain your receipt and provide clear evidence that your purchase is either damaged or faulty.
It is also recommended to send us the EXPIRY and BATCH number for the product, as we may ask for these details before processing any returns.
For any damaged items that occur in transit, visual documentation of the damage is required before any refunds can be processed.
Some examples of common returns include:
- Your favourite pre-workout or fat burner is clumpy: This is often a result of moisture getting into the tub, which can happen at any point in time from manufacturing to delivery. These cases are often rare, but if it happens, notify us immediately with the EXPIRY and BATCH and we'll issue a replacement.
- The protein seal appears compromised: Although this can simply be a result of the sealing glue just coming away from the tub, we're happy to replace it if you feel unsafe consuming the product. Most sports products are sealed tightly when the lid is secured, so are still safe to consume.
- There's an odd smell coming from the tub: Although this is rare, this can be a result of the residual solvent smell still present in the tub. Your product is still safe to consume, but do let us know if you have concerns and we can organise a replacement.
INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMER: Supplements Central is not responsible for items damaged in transit outside of Australian jurisdiction and reserves the right to decline returns or refunds in such cases.
APPAREL RETURNS
Returns are available on full-priced apparel items in exchange for store credit or refund upon garment return. A store credit or refund will be provided once the garment is returned to our warehouse and in some instances, shipping may being incurred at the customer's expense.
Please note: We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.
CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS
If you change your mind or are simply unhappy with the product you purchased, feel free to return the unopened product to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please note this doesn't cover shipping costs, and this will be at your expense.
WHEN DON'T WE ACCEPT REFUNDS?
Some situations where we may refuse to offer you a refund include:
- You purchased the product outside of the 30 day purchase period.
- Your product has been opened and has been visibly used.
- Returning a product that we don't sell.
- Any other exceptions that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Supplements Central reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN
No dramas, please contact us and provide us with your order number, full name, and reason for returning the product.
In some situations, we may ask for photos of the product or other additional information to confirm the validity of the return.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you believe you received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get this sorted for you.
Please note although these matters are an unfortunate occurrence, replacement products may not be shipped until return pick-up confirmation is received by the selected courier service.
All incorrect product return labels will be paid by Supplements Central.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DAMAGES
Fragile Breakage Policy: All items containing glass or considered fragile will be carefully packed and protected to minimize the risk of damage. However, customers order these items at their own risk, and Supplements Central cannot be held responsible for any breakages that occur during international transit.
