We want to keep you informed about potential delays in our operations due to the impact of Cyclone Alfred. Our priority is ensuring the safety of our team, partners, and customers while working to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible.
UPDATE 9/3/2025 – Supplements Central is expected to open as usual on Monday, 10th March. However, we are closely monitoring flood warnings, road conditions, and potential power outages that may impact operations. Orders delays are still expected due to shipping networks still being on hold.
Store Operational Closures:
To prioritise the safety of our team and partners, and to secure our warehouse, our operations will be temporarily closed from March 6 to March 9.
We expect to resume operations on March 10, provided there is no structural damage to the warehouse that could impact normal operations.
How This Could Affect Your Order:
Cyclone Alfred will cause disruptions across major shipping and logistic networks, making it difficult for us to get orders out on the road.
Here are some things we are planning to do to migiate delays on orders placed during this time:
✅ Prioritising All Orders – Once everything returns to normal, we will increase packing volume for a small period to ensure all orders are prioritised and sent out the door. Note: Express and Priority orders will be packed first, closely followed by our standard orders.
✅ Organising Additional Pickups – Where needed, we will coordinate with our courier partners to get orders leaving our door sooner and more often.
✅ Increased Customer Communication – For any significant changes that arise, we will ensure all customers are informed.
What You Can Do:
✅ Allow Extra Time for Delivery – Unfortunately, the cyclone is unprecedented, and delays are likely expected. Although we are working hard to get your order to you, please allow more time for delivery.
✅ Pay for Priority or Express – if your order is urgent, paying for express or priority will ensure your order gets to you early next week.
✅ Reach Out to Our Team – Even though our operations will be closed, our online support team will be available to assist any needs during this period.
