Shipping policy
Below is a list of commonly asked questions regarding shipping. Should you have any questions about your order that isn't covered in this list, reach out to our Customer Service team!
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across Australia:
- Standard Shipping: $12.49
- Express Shipping: $15.49
- Free Shipping: $150 or more.
Express shipping excludes bulky items or items being shipped to remote locations.
A small $2.00 additional charge is included for bulky orders over 10kg. For any orders over $600, an additional charge of $5 is included.
ShipSaver Protection ($2.50)
Added by default at checkout for your peace of mind.
Should your order ever get lost or damaged in transit, and your parcel cannot be located, we will issue a refund or replacement.
What’s covered:
- Lost parcels
- Damaged items in transit
- Delivery issues requiring replacement
Important:
- You can toggle ShipSave on or off in your cart.
- If removed, we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels once orders leave our warehouse (excludes faulty products)
- If added by mistake, contact us, and we can refund this for you.
Order Processing
- Orders before 11 am (AEST), Mon–Fri ship same day
- Orders after the cutoff ship next business day
Delays may occur during peak sale periods.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard: 3–8 business days
- Express: 1–4 business days
We partner with Aramex and Australia Post to ensure orders are dispatched to your location as fast as possible. Should you ever encounter any issues, please reach out to our customer service team.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Check spam/junk folder if not received.
Delivery Instructions
If you provide delivery instructions (e.g. "leave at door"):
- We pass these to the courier
- They are not guaranteed
- We are not liable for loss resulting from these instructions (subject to ACL)
Incorrect Address
Contact us immediately if your address is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. Should an order be dispatched after we receive your address change, we may recall the order, but additional charges may apply.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, contact us so we can investigate.
Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please check around your property and check with your neighbours before reaching out to our customer service team. We will lodge an investigation into the whereabouts of your order, but we cannot guarantee success if it is lost.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact our customer service team with the full details, including your order number, photos, and anything else you think is relevant.
Depending on the incorrect item received, we may ship a replacement out to you, or process an immediate full refund.
Please note that a damaged tub or bag where the contents of the product have not been compromised does not constitute a faulty product.
Supplements Central reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item that is not considered faulty.
Short-Dated Products
A short-dated product constitutes a product with less than 6-months of shelf life.
Supplements Central has procedures in place to discount these items, and they are not eligible for return or refund.
Should you purchase a short-dated item that is not clearly marked in the product description, please reach out to the customer service team.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable, you may choose:
- Contact before action
- Refund immediately
- Replace with similar item
If no response within 7 days, a refund will be issued.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 14–24 business days
- Customs delays may occur
- Import duties may apply
- We are not responsible for customs-related fees
ShipSaver Protection does not apply to international orders.
Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
