Directions for use

Recommended liquid dosage: Adults: Take 10mL two times a day, or as professionally prescribed. Dilute each dose in 50mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Recommend capsule dosage: Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day or as professionally prescribed. Take 2 tablets two times a day to relieve fatigue, support defensive qi and strengthen lung qi, based on traditional use in Chinese medicine.
