Amino Blend: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-Glitamine, L-Hydroxyproline, L-Threonine, Taurine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, L-Tryptophan, L-Histidine Other Ingredients: Natural Flavours, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Sunflower Lecithin, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Thaumatin, AstraGin, Natural Yellow Colour (Turmeric), Natural Red Colour (Carrot and Hibiscus) Made with natural flavours, free of propylene glycol.

Directions for use

Mix 1 heaped scoop in 300 - 400 mL of cold water in a shaker or blender.

Keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and store below 25°C. Best consumed within 1 month of opening.
