Protein Bars

Protein Bars come in three basic types, high protein low carbohydrate For lean muscle growth and dieting, high protein high carbohydrate for meal replacement or bulking, and high carbohydrate low protein for endurance activity. All contain some fats to stop them drying out.

They make an excellent healthy snack between meals and can be used instead of protein shakes when it is more convenient to do so. They can also be used as a quick meal on the go.
