Exchange Policy

Supplements Central do not refund money for items unless faulty.

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product you may be able to return it within 2 days for an exchange product to the same value. Due to the nature and fragility of food supplements, returned products MUST be stored at or below 24C. Returned items must be in perfect unopened condition and must not be damaged or marked in any way. We only want the best for our customers so please take utmost care of any items you wish to return.

Supplements Central reserve the right to accept or decline any return at the discretion of the staff member based on the individual case.

No refunds are given based on taste or an individuals reaction to a product so please check the ingredient list carefully.
