Healthwise® L-Threonine is 100% pure pharmaceutical grade amino acid powder. Threonine is needed to create Glycine and Serine, two amino acids that are necessary for the production of collagen, elastin, and muscle tissue. It is also found in significant amounts in the heart.

Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.
As a dietary supplement for general health take up to 2gm with your favourite beverage between meals.
