Tolerance: Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 a scoop and work your way up to 3/4 of a scoop. Once comfortable, increase to 1 scoop (1 serve).
Note: Some people may feel the effects of Legacy more than others. We suggest starting small and gradually working your way up to 1 scoop (1 serve).
- 300 mg of caffeine (as Anhydrous) for a jolt boost of energy.
- 3200 mg of Betaine alanine so you can train harder and longer.
- 100mg of Theacrine to support sustained energy.
- 1000 mg of L-Tyrosine to support focus.
- 10mg of Huperzia serrata – Standardised for 1% Huperzine A and 200mg of Alpha GPC 50% to support cognitive function.
Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500 mL of cold water and shake well. To enhance the taste and flavour, try mixing your serve with less water.
