Zen Sports Spray is specifically formulated to be suitable for use before and after sporting activities as needed.

The Zen formula contains two scientific ingredients (Arnica montana and Mentha arvensis) to help relieve minor sports injuries including bruises, sprains and general muscle aches.

It is supported by 3 traditional Chinese herbs to help promote blood circulation, alleviate pain and relieve inflammation and swelling.

Zen Sports Spray & Roll-On contain herbs traditionally used in Chinese, Western & European Medicine to:

  • Relieve pain before and after activity
  • Relive mild joint swelling
  • Reduce mild muscle inflammation
  • Promote blood circulation
  • Deliver heat and support massage

Each mL contains tinctures equivalent to dried: Arnica Montana flower 20mg, Boswellia carterii stem bark resin 16mg, Panax pseudoginseng root 16mg, Commiphora myrrha stem bark resin.

Each mL also contains: Mentha arvensis herb oil 100mg

Excipients: Camphor, ethanol & glycerol

USE:

Apply 1-4 sprays and massage in to the affected area, 1-4 times daily.

Can be used before or after sporting activity as needed.

For the relief of sprains, bruises, general muscle aches and sporting injuries. Contains herbs used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve swelling, inflammation and muscle pain.
